Personally I believe that traveling is one of the best ways to maintain and even boost our spiritual health. You can obviously do some yoga at home or somewhere near where you live. However, I think a person actually needs to travel to boost their spiritual health. If you have never traveled or have not traveled with the intend to boost your spiritual health, I highly recommend this. Having the fresh cool air against you as you relax and recenter yourself near a lake with mountains around is a experience you will not want to miss out!
3. Social
Social health is something people don’t usually talk about. However, this is as important as any other. Specially during the times of the pandemic, we all have been hesitant of social interactions. But I think as the number of infection comes under control, it is important to reengage out selves socially. Traveling with friends and family establishes a bond that is completely different! So social health is also something that traveling helps in greatly.
