At Last Frontiers – our journey to achieve both fitness and wellness, are the combination of trips that will encourage, sustain, maintain, learn, seek, and practice a better lifestyle. Our trips are design around the practice of achieving the goal of fitness & wellness. Practices like Yoga, Cross fit, Jogging, Nature walks, and other means of conscious practices.
In the Himalayan region, best practice of fitness & wellness is Yoga. The word yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India where yoga originated. We can think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit.
Our programs will be projected, planned, and lead by professional instructors who are expert in yoga, fitness, massage therapy, and other line of drills. Our programs are also created for good health, where wellness play an important role. We will produce a program that will well-orient your lifestyle, encourages you to adopt habits and behaviors that encourage safer wellness and an improved quality of liveliness. It likewise requires the realization that you sustain physical, psychological, societal, and spiritual needs, with each dimension being necessary for optimal points of operation.
Wellness is a positive approach to living - an approach that stresses the whole soul. It is the integration of the body, psyche, and heart; and the appreciation that everything you do, think, feel, and believe has an impingement on your state of wellness.
