In the Himalayan region, best practice of fitness & wellness is Yoga. The word yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India where yoga originated. We can think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit.

Our programs will be projected, planned, and lead by professional instructors who are expert in yoga, fitness, massage therapy, and other line of drills. Our programs are also created for good health, where wellness play an important role.
